I move the window to my external monitor. I close it there. I restart and it's moved back to the laptop monitor. The vertical size of the window has changed to less than 100 pixels. I have to resize it from the menu bar as resize by dragging the edge stops being available. I'd expect the size to be the same (both screens are 4K). I don't know if I should be expecting it to reopen on the same screen.
