[Bug 54260] 64-bit prefix cannot launch applications dependent on ie8 winetricks package

Current solution is to have two prefixes 32 and 64 and patch from the 32 bit
prefix and run the game from the 64 bit prefix
The patcher is still 32 bit and requires ie8 which only works and installs from
win32 WINEARCH
