In the future, there's no need to use +relay unless it's specifically asked
for. I'll try to clarify our documentation if that wasn't already clear enough.

Anyway, this seems to be the problem:

0009:err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {4a2286e0-7bef-11ce-9bd9-0000e202599c} not
registered

That's CLSID_CMpegAudioCodec. `winetricks quartz` will probably work around it.
