Unless it's just game execution path that leads to such behavior and there is no way for Wine to prevent that?
If it's indeed the same issue, we could fix this in way very similar to the Mesa workaround, i.e., postpone discards until the last usage of derivatives in the shader. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
