[Bug 32948] Wine crashes on file dialog KDE 4.10

I'm not getting any crash in 1.5.23, but I'm still on KDE 4.8.

Sebastien and Brian: is this with a clean 32 bit wineprefix (no overrides other
than riched20, Windows version set to XP)?  If it is, please run a regression
test.
