[Bug 14919] Atomic Bomberman reports 2 gamepads, when 4 are present.

That patch did work, Bomberman saw all 4 game pads.  (and all 4 worked after
being detected too)

I have hardware for 4 game pads.  I've never tried any more than that with
Windows.  I'm wondering how many game pads Windows really will support with the
old API.
