[Bug 38202] Windows exectuable fails to open and process spreadsheet

The application now runs in XP, I then try the "Datei->Klausurdaten laden",
then select the xls file and nothing happens. I don't have excel installed in
the machine, is it required?

Please zip the files together and add as a single attachment.
