[Bug 17097] Wine and wincfg won't start, winmm.dll failed to initialize

Sorry for double posting, but when I boot with kernel-2.6.26-r4, winecfg works.
 I suspect, then, that it's a problem with my new kernel configuration.  Does
WINE use the old ALSA API?  Perhaps it's not working because I removed support
for that from the kernel?
