Still looks awfully suspicious, doesn't it? Anyway, what's the point of moving
the window when you don't want the window to move? Even if you're moving it to
where you think the window is, it causes unnecessary round trips to the X
server. Bad karma, that. You can disable moving in XConfigureWindow's
value_mask.
