Hi.

I finally updated to wine 5.5 (after being on 4.x for a long time), and the
"sad hack" doesn't seem to apply anymore (patch failed to apply, not that it
doesn't work). I took a shot at it, and the file is now named
"dlls/kernelbase/process.c", and the code seems a bit different.

If anyone can make it work for 5.5 I'd be grateful, I'll try on my own and post
the result if I can get it to work.
