Moreover, the symptoms are of bug 45868, in which case wine-staging would actually fix the bug.
Procedure above was successfully tested with custom wine version "wine-5.15-staging-tkg-amd64" from https://github.com/Kron4ek/Wine-Builds/releases/tag/5.15
