[Bug 40993] NBA2K14 - Poor Performance

Just tried this on the same machine using GIT kernel and GIT Mesa, using the
open-source RadeonSI driver on a RadeonHD 7770 and got exactly the same result,
still stuck at around 12fps. So it doesn't seem to be GPU specific.
