They seem to appear fine. - I added a bug in bugzilla, containing the same characters in the bug title. It seems to appear fine in bugzilla. - I linked it with a version of an app. Then I noticed (in the page of that app version) these seven characters in the title of the bug appear as "�" (unknown character, or whatever).
