[Bug 39760] MDK (MDKD3D.EXE) graphics not drawn correctly

Still present on OS X el capitan with intel graphics.  wine-1.9.3-217-g0f8a0fd.

Tested on linux with nouveau / gallium 0.4 on NV106 (NVIDIA GT 730), 1.9.3 -
not present.  Everything displays correctly.
