[Bug 37209] Midnight Mysteries 3: Devil on the Mississipi (Steam) crashes on start with built-in msvcr100

The game is failing because it can't load:
C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Midnight Mysteries 3 Devil on the
Mississippi/MM3Engine/Traits/Scenario/MM3ScenarioF.lua

Also there's following string in logs that may be broken:
MM3Engine/Traits/Scenario/\xd4\xf0\xe0\xe7\xfb \xe8\xe3\xf0\xee\xea\xe0
\xe4\xeb\xff \xef\xe0\xe7\xeb\xee\xe2.txt
I don't know where it comes from looking on trimmed log.

I'm afraid I can't help more without access to complete tid,seh,relay log.
