Without knowing Russian it is too hard to test this application, I assume the bug is still present because of a message when trying to press the menu item with shortcut CTRL+A (which hopefully is Save).
The application UI is in Bulgarian language, I can guess some words, but most of UI is gibberish for me as well. The app is 16-bit. Following the instructions in Comment 2 I can successfully create an invoice and save it with F9.
