[Bug 43009] TIM message manager window covered by an unresponsive window

Oh yeah, nowadays registration for nearly all Chinese websites requires a phone
number :-(

Anyway, can you tell me how to debug this?

PS: If I recall correctly this also happened for another program by Tencent
(and that one requires a phone number too).
