Crash log

MS Paint (installed with 'winetricks mspaint') crashes with an unhandled page
fault when attempting to save a file as a monochrome bitmap.

1. File -> save as
2. Choose "monochrome bitmap" in the "files of type" dropdown
3. Click save
4. Click yes
