This is a follow up of Bug 32425 .

reproduce it follow this:
0. download it;
1. 'winetricks -q mfc42' to get a workaround 
2. 'wine pptvsetup_3.2.1.0076.exe'

my test environment:
- Ubuntu 12.10 32 bit
- wine-1.5.19-104-g1d1cb52
- PPTV 3.2.1.0076

sha1sum pptvsetup_3.2.1.0076.exe
