As I mentioned in comment #15, the forums can help.

In short:
cd ~/wine-git
patch -p1 < /path/to/patch
./configure
make -j4

Then, instead of:
wine setup.exe
Do:
~/wine-git/wine setup.exe

That should get past this issue. It may fail in a _different_ way, but if it's
about WlanEnumInterfaces not being implemented, something went wrong.
