I downloaded it from the above URL and ran it. It complains about the version of IE being bad, but there are two simple workarounds: 1) In the dialog that appears, press No. (I don't know what the question is, but Yes exits the install.) 2) Download winetricks and run 'winetricks fakeie6'. After installing, it puts up a message box saying "Download of file has been cancelled or interrupted. 404 Not Found". The dialog behind the message box says it's downloading c:\windows\temp\4975648\flash_inst.exe.
