[Bug 27775] Picasa 3.8 crashes due to IWiaDevMgr->EnumDeviceInfo stub

This bug still exists in wine-1.3.26.
After installation of native wininet, got different effect. Picassa have freeze
in the same place.

I'll do some debug later.
