I am getting the same problem with the installer as Alexander in comment #7: err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"DX9_Launcher.A545835B_7768_4D96_A5BC_930949616C2D" returned 1603
Are any fixes/workarounds for that known?
