[Bug 17572] Wine uninstaller no longer works in version 1.1.16

Could you tell me the path of the Wine uninstaller?  If for some reason in the
newest Ubuntu release of Wine the uninstaller was missing, is there a way I can
add it without having to completely delete Wine and its settings?  Trying
apt-get install wine doesn't work in this situation.
