[Bug 40203] WASAPI is hidden and not usable with winepulse.drv

Only to make things more clear. When I disable winepulse.drv on my Linux system
winealsa.drv will automatically catch up the job and let me use WASAPI under
Reaper. 

Bad thing on this Alsa fallback is that the audio device get blocked from
Reaper and is not usable from any other program anymore. And yes I am a big fan
from Pulseaudio and I tested dmix enough to be able to say that dmix only is
not a audio setup I will like to have on my Linux system anymore.
