Should WINE work if I have rs XKB layout and en_US.UTF-8 locale? I think it
should, but command

 LANG=en_US.UTF-8 wine notepad.exe

disagrees with me ;) 

Maybe the issue is related to XKB layout, and not to locale settings. What do
you think?
