Possible solution

WRC does not join parts of a string together.

For instance:

STRINGTABLE
BEGIN
  1001, "hello,"
        "world"
END

When compiling it, WRC gives `Error: syntax error'. (Windres accepts it.)

Look, for example, at dlls/shell32/shell32_*.rc, and read a discussion in PR
41748 at GCC Bugzilla, to see why this can be needed.
