[Bug 38206] Sound clicks in Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm" and "Diablo 3", and also some slightly annoying clicking in "World of Tanks".

Thanks Andrew. That sounds like a different bug than the one described here,
right? It could be a coincidence that the release that contains this commit
causes that bug.

Could you open a new bug and CC me on it?
