I notice you're running as root:
[root(a)sslap IntelliMask]# WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid,+reg,+volume
[root(a)sslap IntelliMask]# wine IntelliMask.exe

Please don't do that.  Run as an ordinary user instead, it will have no effect
on finding your ethernet adapter.
