[Bug 22948] Caesar3: there is only black screen and playing sounds.

Caesar 3 starts normally in wine-1.3.24-345-g3e5793e. Tried the game in both
virtual desktop mode and fullscreen.
Lords of the Realm 2 was also affected by this regression: the problem has gone
away in LotR 2 using the current git version.
