How to find out why 

HidD_GetProductString
HidD_GetSerialNumberString
HidD_GetManufacturerString

are always returning empty strings since Wine 3.3 (maybe later versions may
work, but since 3.14 it does not work anymore)

I can not use IOCTL_HID_GET_PRODUCT_STRING from my application to do more
tests.
