[Bug 23015] Assassin's Creed 2 installer shows standard message box behind main window

The "X" in right upper corner or Alt+F4 pressed/clicked _only_ for the first
time, always sends pop-up behind the main windows. Every other "X" click or
Alt+F4 displays the pop-up correctly (above main window).

Interestingly, Cancel button always sends the pop up behind the installer's
main window.
