Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a fresh wineprefix. 2) Install LEGO Digital Designer 4.0. (Can be fetched from http://ldd.lego.com/download/default.aspx) 3) Attempt to launch it. The attached text file contain the error messages appearing, and wine fails to start the application. Asking around on IRC, if there was a way to disable gstreamer within wine gave me an effective workaround. Running the following command: # regsvr32 /u winegstreamer seems to make the application able to launch.
