Ideally \Device\NamedPipe shall be implemented as a fully fledged filesystem
(with NtQueryDirectoryFile support, etc.)  But this isn't implemented with
plain volumes either, so I left that part for now.  This also implies that
Sysinternals Pipelist.exe won't still work.
