If you cannot find it "in the wild", I can email it to you (off list, not sure about licensing restrictions). I tried wine 1.3.23 (since I had it installed) and then 1.3.27, with and without hardware acceleration. The *only* configuration that produced sound is 1.3.23 with hardware emulation.
