I think the Problem is, that TeamViewer does a
SendMessage(TTM_SETMAXTIPWIDTH, 0, 0 )
on the ToolTipControl. (Which probably doesn't make a lot of sense...)

It seems like Wine has implemented it too strict. The microsoft documentation
says, that if it is not possible to break the line according to the width
value, the tooltip will be as wide as necessary.
