Still an issue in 1.9.21.

The only difference in this release is the following line which now gets
spammed to the console:

err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x19bbc8: "GL_INVALID_OPERATION in unsupported
function called (unsupported extension or deprecated function?)".
