[Bug 52745] ATPDraw not showing title bar

I just have primary and secondary display.

1) Open de software;
2) Put the window at the secondary display (which at Ubuntu 20.04 do not have a
clock or system title bar);
3) Click on maximize at the ATPDraw window.
