[Bug 3888] print page range defaults to 1 to 65535 pages on graphical applications

Still the same failure with this mornings git. Tested with the two app's in
comment 1. I have only use win 95 on the above applications but skymap has a
very good user base and the author fixes any problems detected by the users.
