Can you retest the bug with wine git? The patch introduced a problem where the
filtering settings of the texture were changed, but not restored properly,
resulting in unfiltered sampling from it when the app used it. I have fixed
this problem, as well as the offset, in git. The fixed should be in 0.9.50 as
well, which should be released on Friday.
