[Bug 46842] c# On Wine double.TryParse successfully converts empty string to a double. But double is corrupt.

Sorry. I forgot to say. Obviously the TryParse function should not be able to
parse an empty string. When faced with an empty string it should rerturn false
and d will be zero. But when running on Mint it does not return false. it
returns true but the variable d is empty.
