I myself was using gnome, although with a theme with not nearly as much eye candy. It looks like you are running Rythmbox and a bunch of audio plugins that I can't identify at the same time... try closing them all first, since it is an Alsa audio error. We could see where that takes us. It may be helpful to see more of what the terminal says. Unfortunately it's obscured by the Wine window.
I'm going to attempt to run it in a simple window manager rather than using gnome as I suspect gnome is interfering. I'm also going to double check the audio settings on wine to see if I've screwed that up.
