I have a bunch of various tools for generating .tlb files here since I've being
working on adding SLTG support to widl. midl.exe from VC6 package works for
most of .idl statements, however for generating SLTG typelibs mktyplib.exe
works better for some pretty complex constructs. It's still useful to test wide
range of tools for comparison.
