While testing Bug #10418, the demo refuses to run because of unimplemented
functions in d3dx9_36:

d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateEffect
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateEffectCompiler
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateEffectCompilerFromFileA
