Empire Earth demo

Tested the demo in 1.3.37. The mouse is controllable at 800x600 resolution
(though the game will not allow it to leave the virtual desktop) but becomes
increasingly more erratic at higher resolutions.

Note the demo needs native directmusic or will crash on start.
