[Bug 40346] Problems when trying to install packages from WineHQ CDN ( directory listing outdated, hash sum mismatch, nonexisting files)

Verified that it is working now. I did need to add a trailing slash after
filename on the directory purge line. It does not seem to actually purge
without it.

I'll create an systemd script and keep this running in the background. Should
hopefully prevent future issues.
