I was talking to the developer and they said that this is the line that they
use in regards to WmiNetUtilsHelper:

var CPU = new ManagementObjectSearcher("select * from
Win32_Processor").Get().Cast<ManagementObject>().First(); this the line that
uses wminetutilshelper

They said it was for identifying CPU info
