[Bug 42540] Can't install jre-8u121-windows-x64

I found a workaround.
Turns out this .exe makes an .msi file within /users/appdata/java
I ran that msi using msiexec /i and I was able to install Java, but I won't
mark this as resolved before someone else takes a look.
