Sample Program

On a database server create a new database
Add the following table

CREATE TABLE testing
(
  id serial NOT NULL,
  name boolean,
  id2 integer,
  CONSTRAINT testing_pkey PRIMARY KEY (id)
);

INSERT INTO testing(id, name, id2) VALUES (1, false, 2);
INSERT INTO testing(id, name, id2) VALUES (2, false, 3);

Install the mysql or postgres odbc driver

Using odbcad32, create a connecting to the server.

Run DBSample, select the ODBC connection you just made.
You'll get a dialog with "Yipee" if it was successful.
