[Bug 24816] Webplus x2 install failure

Try starting with an empty .wine directory, e.g.
  cd $HOME
  mv .wine .wine.old
Then run the installer.

But "wine start WebPlus X2:/setup.exe" is kind of a freaky command.
Is "WebPlus X2:" a directory, or what?
